Until I saw this video I didn't realize that it was way back in 2010 that the Metrodome collapsed under 17.1 inches of snow. Well, another dome in the Twin Cities suffered a collapse under the weight of this weekend's massive snow fall. The Vadnais Sports Center in Vadnais Heights. Ramsey County Officials say no one was inside at the time of the collapse and there are no injuries to report.
Some services at the dome will be closed until further notice, including all turf programs, rentals, and field and batting cages are currently inoperable.
The ice rinks, weight room and meeting room at the Vadnais Sports Center are still open.
