A 10-year-old boy, Leon Ashworth from Liverpool, England wanted a stuffed panda bear after he saw it in the store while shopping with his mother. Short on money, his mom couldn’t buy the panda for Leon that day. Promising her son they'd go back soon, Leon decided to write a heartfelt note on the box.
The note reads:
“My mum [doesn’t] have [enough] money, so she’s [buying] me Pandy [Friday] next week 15 June. So please don’t [buy] him, it will make me cry. Thank you so much from Hopeful [Future] Owner. Panda’s name – Pandy!”
Well as it turned out, some store employees found the note and decided to pool their money together to buy the panda for Leon. Leon’s mother, touched by the staff's generosity shared on her Facebook how caring and kind Leon truly is.
