Minnesota Dog Wins World's Ugliest Dog Title

The winner of this year's World's Ugliest Dog competition is from Minnesota.

Zsa Zsa, a 9-year-old English Bulldog, was named winner of the 2018 World's Ugliest Dog contest, USA TODAY reports. Her owner Megan Brainard of Anoka, MN will receive $1,500.

Winners of the annual competition in the San Francisco Bay area typically have extreme imperfections, like hairless bodies, glassy, bulging eyes, and/or toothless smiles with long tongues and drooping jowls. The competition is in its 30th year.
