I wasn't that familiar with ALS, other than knowing it's commonly referred to as "Lou Gehrig's Disease". I now am quite familiar with ALS and just how brutally debilitating it is. It's certainly a worthy cause for me to give a few bucks to AND have an ICE BUCKET dumped on my head. A blend of cold water and ice, yep, it was COLD, but I was challenged. Challenged by my pal Michael Russo of the Star Tribune as well as Minnesota United stud striker, Justin Davis. I can't back down from a challenge, especially one that's for a very good cause.

SO, here are my Ice Bucket Challenges. Please start your own chain. Please give to a great cause.
First challenge came in from Russo......was a bit expected since I told him he couldn't chicken out on Twitter. :) I guessed I asked for it.
Second challenge was a bit of a surprise, I was actually planning to call out Justin, as ALS is his charity he supports, but he beat me to the punch.
And, finally, MY challenge. MY turn to issues some challenges.....and, of course, dump ice coldness on my giant sized cork.
