This was our most popular recommendation! Apparently this place is awesome for kids of all ages. I think we will definitely try to make it to St. Paul for the Children’s Museum!

Enjoy a beautiful summer day or a chilly rainy day at the MN Zoo! The MN Zoo is a great go-to activity because of its excellent indoor and outdoor exhibits! Check out THESE education programs for more info!
This craft store is also in St. Paul and features supplies made out of recycled materials. It’s pretty cheap and a great go-to place for crafts!
“If they can walk, they can jump!” Skyzone is a trampoline park in Plymouth or Oakdale… while it might be best for kids who are a little older, they have Toddler Time every Tuesday and Friday morning from 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Indoor party place in Woodbury with Toddler Time on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Head to Bloomington for a great time splashing around with kids of all ages!
Enjoy a crafty Family Day at the Art Museum on the 2nd Sunday of every month. You’ll make art, go on artful adventures, and meet lots of local artists from storytellers to dancers!
Check out fun performances all year round at the Children’s Theater in Minneapolis! Right now they’re showing Dr. Seuss’ Cat in the Hat!
MOA is always great for entertainment. There’s of course Lego Land, Sea Life Minnesota Aquarium, Nickelodeon Universe, and The American Girl Store, BUT they’ve also got Toddler Tuesdays every week from 10:00 a.m. to noon that is super fun for kids and includes as discounted toddler wristband for rides! The Mall of America also has The Barbie Dreamhouse Experience that allows visitors of all ages to experience what it would be like to live the glamorous lifestyle in Barbie’s Malibou Dreamhouse. There’s tons of interactive activities, and kids love it!
Have fun monkeying around with your little ones in the play center or swimming at the indoor waterpark!
With locations in Duluth, Elk River, Oakdale, Shakopee, Marcus Theaters are great for cheap 2nd run movies on Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday mornings!

Meet the animals at this fun bookstore in the Linden Hills neighborhood of Minneapolis! They’ve got “Tail Time” for babies and toddlers at 10:30 a.m. every Monday! Wild Rumpus is great for kids of all ages. And don’t forget to stop by Sebastian Joe’s Ice Cream afterwards!
