This really should be "20 best places to live in the Twin Cities" because it doesn't look to me like outside the city was considered.
This week,Patch Editor Payton Potter reported onNiche's report rating the best places to live in each state. Here's the story, in case you missed it:
The list of top cities was made using city data from the U.S. Census Bureau, the FBI, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other sources.
According to Niche, Minneapolis is the eighth best city in the country for young professionals. The city ranked No. 21, overall, compared to large cities across the nation.
