Hidden Cameras Discovered In Student Hotel Rooms, School Employee On Leave

A Wisconsin school employee has been placed on leave after hidden cameras were allegedly discovered in students' hotel rooms on a Minneapolis field trip.

According to Bring Me The News, students discovered alleged recording devices in their rooms at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Minneapolis during a field trip. It's not yet confirmed by Minneapolis PD that the devices were in fact "hidden cameras," but they did tell the Associated Press that more than one "recording device" was found at the hotel.

As a "cautionary measure" and standard procedure, Madison East High School has placed a staff member on leave. A search warrant was executed at a home in Cottage Grove, Wisconsin, a suburb of Madison.
