Shauna Hill of Virginia had a nightmare situation as she had parked in a Chik-Fil-A parking lot.
Her cell phone fell down a storm drain!
"After a moment of loosing my freakin' mind, I lay on the ground, placing my head best I can between my van and the drain, looking into the dark abyss to see if by any chance it has landed somewhere I can reach,"she wrote on Facebook. "Of course it has not. In disbelief and as I am about to puke and cry, I go in and ask for a manager. The manager comes over to talk to me and is very friendly but unsure how to help."
Seth, a digital marketing manager for the restaurant, sprang into action, lifting up the drain cover and heading down and retrieving the phone.
