A Company Bikini-Shamed a Job Candidate and it completely backfired!

Take note companies looking to hire: just because a candidate posts a picture of him/herself in a swimsuit, it doesn't mean they want you to share it on your own social media!

A woman named Emily was applying for a job with a marketing company called Kickass Masterminds and included her Instagram account on her application.

During their background check, the company discovered a picture Emily posted of herself in a bikini swimming in a pool on her IG story.

They decided it was a good idea to post the picture on their own social media and shame her for posting the pic.

The irony that it was a marketing company was not lost on Emily, the applicant.

The ladies on The View were not having it with this company!
