Lead singer Ezra Koenig brought something HUGE to the stage when Vampire Weekend performed recently at the Armory: Sweet Martha's
“We want to welcome a local legend onto the stage,” Koenig said as Sweet Martha herself came on stage to talk about their fundraising efforts. They sold limited edition Sweet Martha’s t-shirts which will no doubt be worn proudly at this year’s State Fair. Band members ate the legendary cookies and apparently passed some out to the crowd.
