I have yet to find another coffee shop in Minneapolis or St. Paul that makes latte art similar to this (if you know of someone, let me know). Cafe Astoria immediately caught my eye with their 24k gold and rainbow lattes. The atmosphere at 180 Grand Avenue looks cozy, too.
