If you can’t get enough of Pharrell’s global hit 'Happy,' you’re in luck because the hugely successful artist is taking the song to another level by partnering with the United Nations to celebrate International Day of Happiness on March 20th.

The day was established in 2012 by the UN's General Assembly for the purpose of commemorating the Declaration of Independence's statement that "the pursuit of happiness is a fundamental human goal."

Beginning today, March 10th, fans will be able to upload videos to YouTube and show how they are "demonstrating their happiness" to Pharrell’s famous track. Fans are asked to use the #HAPPYDAY and also submit the video to Pharrell’s new site ’24 Hours of Happiness,’ where the producer will showcase the best submissions on March 20th at noon.

In addition to spreading happiness, Pharrell is also encouraging fans to make donations to the Central Emergency Response Fund, which was established to "support critical aid operations for people affected by natural disasters and armed conflicts” and to “provide fast and reliable humanitarian assistance."

'Happy' can be found on Pharrell's latest album 'G I R L,' which has already reached No. 1 in more than 75 countries!
